ARED’s expertise in strengthening community leadership is now recognized well beyond Senegal’s borders. Numerous national and African and sub-regional organizations, as well as administrative departments in Senegal—including in Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, Benin, Guinea, Chad, Mauritania, and Togo—have called on ARED to train both professionals and grassroots actors. These trainings cover key areas such as pastoralism, natural resource management, and participatory research methods.
ARED also supports its partners in the development of training manuals tailored to their local contexts. Additionally, the organization trains tutors, school principals, and trainers, thereby reinforcing its commitment to sustainably building the capacities of educators and development actors across the region.
