PEPISAO/CILSS project: ARED trains thirty community radio journalists from Niger and Nigeria

ARED is in Maradi, Niger, for the training of thirty community radio journalists from Niger and Nigeria, as well as journalists from RT Nigerienne. The training is part of the PEPISAO/CILSS project, and coincides with the Niger/Nigeria pastoral week.
